Audrey Lynas, Head of Marketing at Leonard Cheshire Disability, attended the Windsor Leadership Programme in April and Alexandra O'Dwyer, a Director at Scope, attended the Developing Strategic Leaders Programme earlier in the year. Alexandra O’Dwyer comments, “It was the chance to explore issues in a safe environment, with like-minded peers from a broad range of roles and sectors – together with the professional support of a talented syndicate facilitator and stimulating speakers.”
The two candidates are delighted at the opportunity that Gompels HealthCare Ltd, specialist wholesaler supplying everyday healthcare products across the UK, has given them. The Windsor Leadership Trust is now looking to work with Gompels HealthCare Ltd to bring further opportunities to the care sector. Dr James McCalman, CEO of the Windsor Leadership Trust states: “We very much look forward to our continued partnership with Gompels to enable other health-related charities and organisations to benefit from participating in the Trust's programmes.”
Gompels HealthCare Ltd is offering two further bursaries for the 2012/2013 Windsor Leadership programme.
