Go Wild On Your Bike! Pedal To Paris, Lose A Pound And Raise A Few Euros For Born Free!

International wildlife charity the Born Free Foundation challenges you to gear up to take part in its first ever London to Paris Cycle Challenge – join a team of wildlife supporters and cycling enthusiasts on a 5 day 470km adventure of a lifetime, bid ‘Bon Voyage’ to London and ‘Bonjour’ to Paris, and truly make a difference to the lives of wild animals around the world.

With Christmas firmly behind us and the excesses of the festive season now just a distant memory, 2011 hails a fresh start and a chance to get fit before summer arrives, and what better way to do this than the London to Paris Cycle Challenge!

On this 5 days and 4 nights challenge, you will pass through the small villages, medieval market towns and picturesque countryside of rural Northern France, and past poignant World War II cemeteries, before finally arriving in beautiful Paris. Here you will have the chance to ride past the magnificent Arc to Triumph and finish the challenge beneath the lofty arches of the world-famous Eiffel Tower.

Taking place from 8th – 12th June, Born Free is calling on you to sign up now to be part of the team and not only fulfil a personal ambition but also fundraise to help protect threatened animal species and stop individual animal suffering.

Each participant has a fundraising target of £1,500 (to include a £200 registration fee). Price includes all accommodation and most meals.
