Train your sights on excellence with Keston's Vocational Courses

 As an Installer or Heating Engineer, it is important to have the confidence and knowledge to be able to install and service a wide range of products and Keston’s specially designed product training courses are tailor made for the heating professional.

From three centres of excellence in Leeds, Hull and Reading, Keston offers a selection of one, two and three day training courses on all of its domestic and commercial boilers.  Providing a mix of hands-on and theory based classroom learning, each Keston training course has been designed specifically with the heating engineer in mind and courses include discussion with tutors, demonstrations with practical advice and lunch and refreshments are provided.. 

One day courses available include High Efficiency Boiler Training, Commercial Boiler Training, Light Commercial Boiler Training and Renewables Appreciation Training.  Longer course subjects include BPEC Solar Thermal (3 days), BPEC Solar Photovoltaics (3 days) and BPEC Air Source & Ground Source Heat Pumps (2 days).  All one day courses can be mixed and matched for individual installation and servicing companies and all include the following;  Product Range Overview, Product Specification, Application And Installation Of Products and Component Overview, Change and Repair. All BPEC (British Plumbing Employers Council) courses are designed for the practical new energy engineer and, upon completion of the course, full accreditation will be awarded.  These courses are also recognised by all Microgeneration Certification Schemes (MCS).

Each of Keston’s training courses provides installers with the knowledge and skill to install and service Keston boilers in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines which, in the case of the Heat boiler range, will ensure the validity of the 5 Year Warranty* now offered (subject to terms & conditions).  As a result, installers will be well placed to form long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with their customers from initial installation through to servicing.

If you are an installer/service engineer you must be Gas Safe Registered to attend Keston’s Training Courses.
